At Albee Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion or gear selection, you can return most items in their original, unused condition within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective plastics are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your box over any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
